Summer Grand Prix 2025: Predazzo
After his holidays and training, the German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger is ready to take part in the event (the test event for the Winter Olympics Milan-Cortina 2026) in Predazzo, Italy. On Thursday, Andreas placed 20th in the 1st Round on normal hill, jumping 98.0 m and scoring 121.2 points, enough to qualify for the final round. In the final round, he placed 22nd, jumping 94.0 m, scoring 114.0 points, for a total score of 235.2 points. On Friday, Andreas qualified 20th in the large hill qualification, jumping 130.0 m and scoring 121.5 points. Finally, on Saturday, he placed 23rd in the 1st Round, jumping 130.0 m and scoring 126.0 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round, he placed 23rd, jumping 131.5 m, scoring 126.8 points, for a total score of 252.8 points. It wasn't a great weekend for Andreas Wellinger, but he'll have time to improve. However, he got a taste of the Predazzo ski jumps, and his goal is to compete in the Winter Olympics Milan-Cortina 2026.
