World Cup 2025/26: Planica

  The final stage of the season sees the German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger prepare to take part in the event in Planica, Slovenia. On Thursday, Andreas qualified 31st in the qualification, jumping 184.0 m and scoring 189.2 points. On Friday, he placed 8th in the 1st Round, jumping 218.5 m and scoring 211.0 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round, he placed 8th, jumping 215.5 m, scoring 203.3 points, for a total score of 414.3 points. On Saturday, Germany fielded Andreas Wellinger, Karl Geiger, Pius Paschke, and Philipp Raimund in the Team Competition. Andreas, who finished fourth on the German team, jumped 230.0 m in the 1st Round and 226.5 m in the Final Round. Germany finished fourth with a total score of 1374.7 points.   Penultimate stage of the season, in which the German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger is ready to take part in the event in Vikersund, Norway. On Friday, Andreas qualified 33rd in the qualification, jumping 203.5 m and scoring 162.1 points. Finally, on Saturday, he placed 8th in the 1st Round, jumping 227.0 m and scoring 198.3 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round, he placed 7th, jumping 219.0 m, scoring 225.5 points, for a total score of 423.8 points. Sunday's qualifying and competition were canceled due to windy conditions. It was a bittersweet weekend for Andreas Wellinger. He performed poorly in Friday's qualifying, but was competitive in Saturday's competition. Simply put, Andreas gave it his all in Vikersund.   The World Cup remains in Scandinavia, but in the western part, where the German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger is set to take part in the event in Oslo, Norway. On Friday, Andreas qualified 26th in the qualification, jumping 119.5 m and scoring 103.8 points. On Saturday, he placed 16th in the 1st Round, jumping 125.5 m and scoring 118.1 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round, he placed 17th, jumping 120.5 m, scoring 108.8 points, for a total score of 226.9 points. Finally, on Sunday, Andreas finished 11th in the qualification round, jumping 129.0 m and scoring 124.2 points. In the 1st Round, he placed 12th, jumping 122.0 m and scoring 115.0 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round.   After a positive weekend in Kulm, the German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger is ready to take part in the event in Lahti, Finland. On Friday, in the single-round competition, Andreas placed 38th, jumping 109.0 m and scoring 97.4 points. Finally, on Saturday, Andreas finished 35th in the qualification round, jumping 114.5 m and scoring 119.7 points. In the 1st Round, he finished 33rd, jumping 119.0 m and scoring 121.6 points, which wasn't enough to qualify for the Final Round. A weekend to forget for Andreas Wellinger.   After the Olympics, the World Cup returns and the German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger is ready to take part in the event in Kulm, Austria. On Friday, Andreas qualified 15th in the qualification, jumping 210.0 m and scoring 189.4 points. On Saturday, he placed sixth in the 1st Round, jumping 206.0 m and scoring 192.7 points, the same score as Japan's Naoki Nakamura, and enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round, he placed ninth, jumping 197.0 m, scoring 186.0 points, for a total score of 378.7 points. Finally, on Sunday, Andreas finished fifth in the qualification round, jumping 222.5 m and scoring 200.1 points. In the 1st round, he placed fifth, jumping 223.0 m and scoring 195.8 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round.
