World Cup 2021/22: Wisla
After the bittersweet weekend in Ruka, the German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger is ready to redeem himself to compete in the third event of the World Cup, that of Wisla, Poland. On Friday, Andreas qualified 8th in the qualification, jumping 128.0 m, and with a score of 130.9 points. He did not take part in the Team Competition on Saturday and therefore a rest day for him. Finally on Sunday, in the 1st Round he finished 37th, jumping 111.0 m, and with a score of 99.4 points, not enough to qualify for the Final Round. It was an unlucky weekend for Andreas, but he has no intention of giving up.
Until next time!
