Germany Second At Lahti


The Golden Eagle German Andreas Wellinger is back to compete in team ski jumping in Lahti, Finland. A nice return with the snow. In fact, Germany came 2nd, behind Austria and ahead of Japan. A great satisfaction for him and for the German national team. This podium was needed. Andreas misses the podium a lot. He returned to us, but to teams. Now it's up to the single jump.

Summer Grand Prix 2024: Klingenthal

  After his victory in Hinzenbach, the German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger is ready to take part in the final event of the Summer Grand Prix, his home event in Klingenthal, Germany. On Friday, Andreas qualified 19th in the qualification, jumping 127.0 m and scoring 112.0 points. On Saturday, in the 1st Round he placed 11th, jumping 131.5 m and scoring 120.4 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he placed 8th, jumping 132.5 m, scoring 127.0 points and scoring 247.4 points overall. Finally, on Sunday, Germany fielded Andreas Wellinger, Pius Paschke, Selina Freitag and Katharina Schmid in the Mixed Team. Andreas, who jumped fourth in the German team lineup, jumped 131.5 m in the 1st Round and 135.0 m in the Final Round. Germany finished 1st, ahead of Norway and Austria. Four Hills Tournament 2023/24: Garmisch-Partenkirchen

  Second appointment of the Four Hills Tournament, in which the German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger is ready to take part in the second home event, that of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. On Sunday, in the qualification Andreas qualified 2nd, jumping 139.0 m and scoring 139.0 points. Finally, on Monday, in the 1st Round he challenged the Kazakh Danil Vassilyev in the k.o., winning the duel, and ranked 4th, jumping 138.0 m and with a score of 144.3 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round.  In the Final Round he placed 3rd, jumping 137.5 m, with a score of 147.1 points and with a total score of 291.4 points. Despite the podium obtained with skill and talent, Andreas Wellinger's hunt for Stefan Kraft in the general classification continues, because he has activated his eagle vision.  Until next time!

World Cup 2024/25: Titisee-Neustadt

  Fourth seasonal appointment, in which the German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger is ready to take on his home event, that of Titisee-Neustadt, in Germany. On Friday, Germany fielded Andreas Wellinger and Pius Paschke in the Super Team. Andreas, who jumped first in the German team lineup, jumped 138.5 m in the 1st Round, 137.0 m in the 2nd Round and 137.0 m in the Final Round. Germany ranked 1st with a total score of 873.3 points, ahead of Austria and Norway. On Saturday, Andreas qualified 17th in the qualification, jumping 125.0 m and scoring 118.8 points. In the 1st Round he placed 3rd, jumping 140.0 m and scoring 140.8 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he placed 4th, jumping 134.0 m, scoring 139.2 points and scoring 280.0 points in total. Finally, on Sunday, Andreas qualified 30th in the qualification, jumping 124.5 m and scoring 121.1 points, the same score as Finland's Antti Aalto.
