  After a bittersweet weekend in Zakopane, the German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger is ready to take part in his home event in Oberstdorf, Germany. On Friday, Andreas qualified 13th in the qualification, jumping 200.5 m and scoring 202.8 points. On Saturday, he placed 8th in the 1st Round, jumping 207.0 m and scoring 213.4 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round, he placed 14th, jumping 199.5 m, scoring 191.1 points, and scoring 404.5 points overall. Finally, on Sunday, Andreas qualified 25th in the qualification, jumping 204.5 m and scoring 187.6 points. In the 1st Round he ranked 18th, jumping 204.5 m and scoring 193.0 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round.   After a week's break, ski jumping returns with the World Cup, where the German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger is set to take part in the event in Zakopane, Poland. On Friday, Andreas qualified 12th in the qualification, jumping 126.5 m and scoring 138.3 points. On Saturday, Germany fielded Andreas Wellinger, Pius Paschke, Karl Geiger and Philipp Raimund in the Team Competition. Andreas, who jumped fourth in the German team lineup, jumped 127.5 m in the 1st Round and 139.0 m in the Final Round. Germany finished 4th with a total score of 1110.0 points. Finally, on Sunday, in the 1st Round he ranked 10th, jumping 133.0 m and scoring 147.2 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he ranked 11th, jumping 132.0 m, scoring 136.5 points and with a total score of 283.7 points. Bittersweet weekend for Andreas Wellinger. Fourth and final stage of the Four Hills Tournament, where the German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger is ready to take part in the event in Bischofshofen, Austria. On Sunday, Andreas qualified 9th in the qualification, jumping 134.5 m and scoring 141.4 points. Finally, on Monday, in the 1st Round he challenged the Czech Roman Koudelka in the k.o., winning the duel, ranking 14th, jumping 133.0 m and with a score of 140.8 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he ranked 9th, jumping 135.5 m, with a score of 150.1 points and a total score of 290.9 points. Top 10 for Andreas Wellinger in Bischofshofen, where his jumps were solid and efficient. It's his style and he is improving.  Until next time!

  Third stage of the Four Hills Tournament, where the German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger is ready to take part in the event in Innsbruck, Austria. On Friday, Andreas qualified 17th in the qualification, jumping 122.0 m and scoring 119.0 points. Finally, on Saturday, in the 1st Round he challenged the Japanese Keiichi Sato in the k.o., winning the duel, ranking 14th, jumping 127.0 m and with a score of 121.2 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he ranked 13th, jumping 124.5 m, with a score of 119.9 points and a total score of 241.1 points. Innsbruck was bittersweet for Andreas Wellinger. He gave it his all despite his jumps falling short of expectations. He just needs to stay focused during the competition.  Until next time!

  Second stop of the Four Hills Tournament, where   German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger is ready to take part in his second home event, the one in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. On Tuesday, Andreas qualified 12th in the qualification, jumping 130.0 m and scoring 133.0 points. Finally, on Wednesday, in the 1st Round he challenged the Czech Roman Koudelka in the k.o., winning the duel, and ranked 11th, jumping 126.5 m and with a score of 133.2 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he ranked 10th, jumping 134.0 m, with a score of 140.8 points and a total score of 274.0 points. Compared to Oberstdorf, Andreas Wellinger made progress in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. His jumps were solid, but below expectations, and he finished in the top 10. If he continues to improve as he has done so far, he can fight for the podium and the win.  Until next time!

In the Final Round he ranked 20th, jumping 132.5 m, with a score of 146.3 points and with a total score of 286.2 points. A poor weekend for Andreas Wellinger. His jumps were not perfect, but he gave his all to get the results. But he will have the chance to make up for it, because Andreas will never give up and will fight until the end.  Until next time!

On Friday, Andreas qualified 6th in the qualification, jumping 126.5 m and scoring 160.0 points. On Saturday, in the 1st Round he ranked 11th, jumping 128.0 m and scoring 141.1 points, the same score as Austria's Stefan Kraft, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he ranked 4th, jumping 140.0 m, scoring 150.4 points and with a total score of 291.5 points. Finally, on Sunday, Andreas qualified 8th in the qualification, jumping 124.5 m and scoring 111.6 points. In the 1st Round he ranked 14th, jumping 130.5 m and scoring 125.1 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round.
