World Cup 2023/24: Planica

  Last seasonal event of the World Cup, in which the German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger is ready to take part in the event in Planica, Slovenia. On Thursday, in the qualification Andreas qualified 29th, jumping 200.0 m and scoring 171.6 points. On Friday, in the 1st Round he ranked 14th, jumping 210.5 m and with a score of 196.1 points, the same score as the Polish Kamil Stoch, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he placed 20th, jumping 215.0 m, with a score of 200.4 points and with a total score of 396.5 points. On Saturday, Germany fielded Andreas Wellinger, Stephan Leyhe, Pius Paschke and Karl Geiger in the Team Competition. Andreas, who jumped fourth in the German team line up, jumped 209.5 m in the 1st Round, while the Final Round was canceled due to wind. Germany placed 6th with a total score of 726.6 points.   Third and final stage of the Raw Air Tournament, which unlike Oslo and Trondheim, the Vikersund program provides differently. Friday's qualification includes 50 ski jumpers based on the Ski Flying ranking and only 40 athletes will qualify. In Sunday's competition in the 1st Round there will be 30 ski jumpers, in the 2nd Round there will be 20, while in the Final Round there will only be 10. Will Andreas Wellinger be able to make it to the end of the competition in Vikersund? On Friday, Andreas qualified 10th in the qualification, jumping 221.0 m and scoring 203.6 points. Finally, on Sunday, in the 1st individual competition he ranked 6th, jumping 216.5 m and scoring 225.8 points.   Second stage of the Raw Air Tournament, in which the German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger is ready to take part in the event in Trondheim, Norway. On Tuesday, in the 1st Round Andreas placed 3rd, jumping 101.5 m and scoring 140.2 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he placed 4th, jumping 99.5 m, with a score of 137.4 points and with a total score of 277.6 points. Finally, on Wednesday, in the 1st Round Andreas ranked 30th, jumping 119.5 m and with a score of 113.0 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he placed 28th, jumping 130.0 m, with a score of 126.4 points and with a total score of 239.4 points. The new regulation of the Raw Air Tournament does not provide for qualification in Trondheim, but the competition starts directly from the 1st Round. On Friday, in the qualification Andreas qualified 3rd, jumping 130.0 m and scoring 130.3 points. In the 1st Round he placed 4th, jumping 129.5 m and scoring 129.3 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he placed 2nd, jumping 126.5 m, with a score of 127.8 points and with a total score of 257.1 points.
