  The German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger is ready to take part in the penultimate World Cup seasonal event at home in Oberstdorf, Germany. On Friday, Andreas qualified 12th in qualifying, jumping 210.5 m and scoring 203.9 points. On Saturday, in the 1st Round he finished 10th, jumping 211.0 m and scoring 191.1 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he finished 20th, jumping 200.5 m, with a score of 167.7 points and a total score of 358.8 points. Finally, on Sunday, Andreas finished 42nd in the qualification, jumping 167.0 m and with a score of 139.4 points, not enough to qualify for the 1st Round. For Andreas Wellinger it was a subdued and not very incisive weekend, but he has always shown his talent.  Until next time!

  The German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger takes part in the Ski Flying World Championships, which makes a stop in Vikersund, Norway. On Thursday, Andreas qualified 10th in qualifying, jumping 211.5 m and scoring 190.2 points. On Friday, in the 1st Round he finished 12th, jumping 216.5 m and scoring 195.5 points. In the 2nd Round he finished 16th, jumping 187.5 m, with a score of 187.5 points and a total score of 383.0 points. On Saturday, in the 3rd Round Andreas finished 18th, jumping 193.0 m and scoring 156.5 points. In the Final Round he finished 14th, jumping 219.5 m, with a score of 191.9 points and a total score of 731.4 points. Finally, on Sunday, in the Team Competition, Team Germany lined up Andreas Wellinger, Severin Freund, Markus Eisenbichler and Karl Geiger. Andreas, who jumped second in the German team's lineup, jumped 226.5 m in the 1st Round and 206.5 m in the Final Round.   Second and final act of Raw Air 2022: Oslo, Norway. On Friday, in qualifying, the German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger qualified 16th, jumping 127.5 m and scoring 120.3 points. On Saturday, in the 1st Round he finished 29th, jumping 121.0 m and with a score of 116.9 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he finished 25th, jumping 122.5 m, with a score of 120.4 points and a total score of 237.3 points. Finally, on Sunday, Andreas qualified 35th in qualifying, jumping 116.5 m and scoring 105.0 points. In the 1st Round he finished 23rd, jumping 119.5 m and scoring 115.6 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he finished 25th, jumping 124.5 m, with a score of 120.1 points and a total score of 235.7 points. Compared to Lillehammer, the Oslo event went much better for Andreas Wellinger, who brings home important points for his standing.  Until next time!

  First stop of Raw Air 2022: Lillehammer, Norway. On Wednesday, the German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger qualified 50th in the qualification, jumping 120.5 m and scoring 89.9 points. Finally, on Thursday, in the 1st Round he finished 41st, jumping 118.5 m and with a score of 99.7 points, but they are not enough to qualify for the Final Round. After the interlude of the Continental Cup, Andreas Wellinger is back to compete in the World Cup, to be exact Raw Air, but in Lillehammer it did not go as he hoped, but he will try again to be competitive with the other ski jumpers.  Until next time!

  The German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger continues to make the Continental Cup to take part in the event in Planica, Slovenia. On Saturday, in the 1st Round Andreas finished 21st, jumping 127.0 m and scoring 126.9 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the Final Round he finished 15th, jumping 128.5 m, with a score of 129.5 points and a total score of 256.4 points. Finally, on Sunday, in the 1st Round Andreas finished 6th, jumping 132.0 m and with a score of 134.4 points, enough to qualify for the Final Round. Due to the strong wind, which occurred during the 1st Round where the event was postponed, the Final Round has been canceled and the 1st Round ranking becomes official. For Andreas Wellinger it was a bittersweet weekend, despite the strong wind that occurred during the weekend in Planica. Andreas hopes to return to compete in the World Cup to fight again against the other ski jumpers.  Until next time!
