First stage of Four Hills Tournament: Oberstdorf, Germany. The German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger competes at home and is charged up for the event. On Monday, in qualifying, Andreas qualified 34th, jumping 111.5 m and scoring 97.8 points. For once he managed to qualify. On Tuesday, in the 1st Round he finished 46th, jumping 115.0 m and with a score of 108.5 points, but it was not enough to qualify for the Final Round. Here we go again. Andreas doesn't like the results. One thing must be specified. Before the qualification there was a COVID-19 case by a Polish ski jumper, Klemens Muranka, who had tested positive. Both he and his teammates were excluded from the event. But after the qualification it was discovered that Muranka had tested negative for COVID-19. The results of the qualification are valid and official. The next day, the Polish team was reinstated to the event to participate in the 1st Round with all 62 ski jumpers in attendance, including those who had not qualified
