COC 2020/21: Innsbruck

  The German team relegated German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger to the Continental Cup (COC) to compete in Innsbruck, Austria. On Saturday morning in the 1st Round he finished 50th, jumping 107.0 m and scoring 84.2 points, but it wasn't enough to qualify for the Final Round. In the afternoon, he finished 42nd in 1st Round, jumping 106.5 m and scoring 88.3 points, ​​but it wasn't enough to qualify for the Final Round. Something is wrong here. Andreas's results so far are depressing and disappointing. However, it has not yet been understood where the problem lies, whether it is physical or psychological. Four Hills Tournament 2020/21: Garmisch-Partenkirchen

  Second stage of the Four Hills Tournament: Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.  The German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger competes again at home to redeem himself from the bad result of Oberstdorf. On Thursday, in qualifying, Andreas finished 53rd, jumping 119.0 m and scoring 100.1 points, but it wasn't enough to qualify for the 1st Round. It couldn't get worse than that. Another disappointment for Andreas Wellinger. His recovery from injury is becoming very complicated and more difficult than he thought. Four Hills Tournament 2020/21: Oberstdorf

  First stage of Four Hills Tournament: Oberstdorf, Germany. The German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger competes at home and is charged up for the event. On Monday, in qualifying, Andreas qualified 34th, jumping 111.5 m and scoring 97.8 points. For once he managed to qualify. On Tuesday, in the 1st Round he finished 46th, jumping 115.0 m and with a score of 108.5 points, but it was not enough to qualify for the Final Round. Here we go again. Andreas doesn't like the results. One thing must be specified. Before the qualification there was a COVID-19 case by a Polish ski jumper, Klemens Muranka, who had tested positive. Both he and his teammates were excluded from the event. But after the qualification it was discovered that Muranka had tested negative for COVID-19. The results of the qualification are valid and official. World Cup 2020/21: Engelberg

  After jumping over Planica, the German ski jumper Andreas Wellinger returned to compete in the event in Engelberg, Switzerland. On Friday, in qualifying, Andreas ranked 55th, jumping 108.0 m and with a score of 98.9 points, but it was not enough to qualify on Saturday. Finally, on Sunday, Andreas qualified 50th in qualifying, jumping 103.0 m and scoring 88.2 points. Last among the qualified. In 1st Round he finished 32nd, jumping 117.0 m and scoring 120.5 points, but it wasn't enough to qualify for the Final Round. Another bad weekend for Andreas Wellinger.
